By accessing and using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Services.     a. You must be at least 13 years old to access or use the Services. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

    b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiallity of your Account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account.

    c. You agree to comply with all Rules set by LunaMC while using the Services.

    d. You agree you will not directly or indirectly do the following:

        i. Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;

        ii. Access or use the Services in any way that violates these Terms and Conditions;

        iii. Modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any portion of the Services;

        iv. Use any automated system or software to extract data from the Services;

        v. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or the data contained within;

        vi. Engage in any activity that may negatively affect the experience of other Users;

        vii. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services; or

        viii. Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the Services.

3) User Content

    a. By uploading, transmitting, or creating User Content through the Services, you grant LunaMC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the User Content.

    b. You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload, transmit, or create through the Services and you represent and warrent that:

        i. You have the right to grant LunaMC the license described in section 3a;

        ii. The User Content does not infringe upon the rights of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights;

        iii. The User Content is not unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, or otherwise objectionable;

        iv. The User Content does not contain any viruses, malware, or harmful code; and

        v. You have obtained all necessary consents, permissions, and licenses for any third-party content included in your User Content.

    c. LunaMC does not endorse or guarentee the accuracy, integrity, or quality or any User Content. You understand that by using the Services, you may be exposed to User Content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable.

    d. LunaMC reserves the right to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content, but is not obligated to do so. LunaMC shall have no liability for any loss or damage arising from the removal of User Content.

4) Limitation of Liability

    a. LunaMC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services. This includes but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

    b. You acknowledge that the Services are provided on an "as is" basis. LunaMC makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the Services, including but not limited to their accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose.

    c. You understand that LunaMC is not responsible for the User Content posted or transmitted through the Services, and you use the Services at your own risk.

    d. LunaMC's total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the Services.

5) Intellectual Property Rights

    a. LunaMC and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents.

    b. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content from the Services without the express written permission of LunaMC.

        i. A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;

        ii. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Services;

        iii. Your address, telephone number, and email address;

        iv. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

        v. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.

6) Termination

    a. LunaMC has absolute and sole discretion to terminate or restrict access to the Services, or any portion of the Services, without notice or refund, at any time, for any reason; and

    b. In the event of a terminiation, you agree that you will not be entitiled to a refund for any pre-purchased Services.

7) Indemnification

    a. You agree to indemnify and hold LunaMC harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8) Severability

    a. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extend permitted by law.

9) Amendments

    a. LunaMC reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

    b. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any updates or changes.
